Do my documents need a fixed format?

No. Dottle is trained on changing layouts and a range of suppliers. When a new sender or a different template turns up, there is nothing to set up first.

What happens if a document is wrong or unreadable?

Doubtful cases are never pushed through regardless. They land in a review screen, where a colleague confirms or fixes them in seconds. That is what keeps the data reliable.
