Do my documents need a fixed format?
No. We set Dottle up once for each type of document, rather than for each sender. A new customer or supplier with a different layout works straight away.
How accurate is it?
At Cabooter, it's 92%. Anything Dottle isn't sure about is flagged for review. Nothing is pushed through unseen.
How much work is it for us?
Very little. You supply sample documents, appoint one point of contact and test with your team in week 3. We handle the setup and the integration.
Does our IT team need to do anything?
Only for the link to your system, and that usually runs through an existing integration or file exchange. We sort it out together with your IT team or software supplier.
What does it cost?
