How do CMRs get to Dottle?
By email, upload or API. Drivers can email a photo, and planners can upload scans.
Does Dottle link the CMR to the right trip?
Dottle picks up the order number, references and trailer number from the CMR, so your TMS can link it to the right trip. If one of those numbers is missing, Dottle flags the CMR.
What happens to a CMR that hasn't been signed yet?
It's flagged as "not yet delivered" and isn't passed to your system as delivered. That way you never invoice a trip without proof of delivery.
