Data was scattered across several systems with no single source of truth. The links to Portbase, Transics, Exact and PTV were limited, and there was barely any view of margins per client, trip or contract.

Automating the order processing saves around 110,000 euro a year by cutting out manual entry errors. Cabooter now sees margins per client, trip and route in real time, runs a better load factor, and no longer depends on outside vendors, on an AI-ready architecture with room to optimise further.
