The challenge

The rapid growth had splintered the workflow across WhatsApp, Excel, email and scattered documents. Information went astray, work got done twice and mistakes were always waiting to happen.

With no central system, scaling up was a struggle, and external clients couldn't see the status of their own work.

Our approach

    Central data layer

    One source of truth for faults, work orders and records, in place of stray messages and files.

    A digital file for every fault

    Each fault gets its own digital file, with the full context, documents and history in one place.

  3. 03

    Mobile-first job sheets

    Engineers work on site through the mobile app, with native camera support so photos go straight onto the job sheet.

  4. 04

    Roles and client access

    Multiple user roles, including access for external clients to their own files.

The result

Phase 1 pulls the operation onto one central data layer, with digital files, a mobile-first job-sheet process and a first management dashboard. It's the foundation for seven or more follow-up modules.
