TIBN took in a thousand quote requests a year, working out each one by hand. It was slow and error-prone, and there was only so much the team could get through.
So requests piled up and revenue went out the door. The only way to scale up was to hire more people.

Read the job sheet
The flow reads incoming job sheets, whether PDF or plain text, and pulls out the relevant data automatically.

Match standard times and recipes
The extracted lines are matched to standard times and standard recipes, drawing on data from 2BA, Gilde and calculation time standards.

Quote in house style
The system generates a complete PDF quote in the house style, ready to review and send.

The human decides
The estimator checks the quote and signs it off. The system takes the repetitive work off their hands; the call stays theirs.
The result
The business case assumes 70 to 80 percent of requests handled fully automatically, lead times dropping from days to hours and 500 to 750 hours freed up each year.
That brings the payback period down to six to nine months, with an expected ROI of 260 to 400 percent from year two onwards.
