Bonsai builds custom ERP for 12BClean, a top-50 cleaning company in the Netherlands

12BClean, one of the fifty largest cleaning companies in the Netherlands, has chosen Bonsai as its partner to build a fully custom ERP. Construction starts in mid-August. It will be a digital twin of the operation: not a standard package that forces the company to bend its processes, but software that uses the company itself as its blueprint.

Bonsai builds custom ERP for 12BClean, a top-50 cleaning company in the Netherlands

One system for the entire operation

The new platform brings 12BClean's core processes together in a single system. Quotes are generated automatically, including price calculation. Workforce planning and staff deployment are managed from the same system. Employees get their own app where they see their schedule and register their hours. Those hours flow straight into invoicing, which is connected to Exact.

The company as blueprint

In the cleaning industry everything revolves around planning, hours and margins per site. Standard packages force companies to adapt their way of working to the software. We turn that around: we take 12BClean's processes as the starting point and build the system around them. The result is a digital twin of the operation, where the software works the way the company works.

See it first, then build it

Before 12BClean signed off, we built a clickable demo of the system. That let the team walk through the screens in advance and see how quotes, planning and time tracking work in the new system. It prevents surprises later on: expectations are sharp before a single line of production code is written.

Phased build starting mid-August

Construction starts in mid-August and proceeds in phases, with a go or no-go decision at every step. That keeps what we build aligned with day-to-day practice on the work floor, from the first quote to the final invoice. As an operating partner we stand inside the operation alongside 12BClean, not outside it.

Not a standard package that forces you to bend your processes, but software that uses the company itself as its blueprint.
