AI around Stratech, Softpak and Stream without replacing the declaration engine

It is tempting to rebuild the declaration engine from scratch. We don't. Stratech, Softpak and Stream stay where they are; we put an AI layer around them that makes the prep work of planners and declarants 10x faster.

AI around Stratech, Softpak and Stream without replacing the declaration engine

Don't rebuild the declaration engine

A customs system is full of rules, integrations and years of accumulated logic. Redoing all of that costs a fortune and gives you nothing new. The gain is not in the engine. It sits in everything around it: reading out documents, preparing the classification, and the check before submission. That is where the time goes, and that is where we put AI to work.

Reading out documents and getting them ready

Invoices, packing lists and certificates arrive unstructured, in PDF and email. The AI pulls out the data and sets it up in structured form, ready for the declaration in Stratech, Softpak or Stream. No more retyping, and incomplete documentation gets spotted before the declaration goes out the door rather than after.

Preparing the classification, with the person deciding

HS classification stays a human job, but the prep work does not. The AI proposes a classification based on the description and earlier declarations, and the declarant checks it and confirms. Faster, with fewer errors, and the responsibility stays with the person who signs the declaration.

The result is not a new system your team has to learn. It is the same system with the dull prep work taken out. That is why it works.
